Amazon’s Invincible Launches Fan-Centric Comic Shop Experience

Amazon Prime Video and comic book stores are teaming up for a special experience for fans to celebrate the launch of the animated series Invincible.

To celebrate the release of the animated series Invincible on March 26, Amazon Prime Video is connecting with comic book stores for special giveaways and sweepstakes.

Invincible superfans will have the opportunity to pick up a limited-edition cover of Invincible Volume 1, with updated artwork inspired by the series by Ryan Ottley. There will also be exclusives Invincible gift items including collectible pin sets, tote bags, portable power banks, posters and more, while supplies last.

Comic book stores will also have a Invincible sewing kit, courtesy of salon tailor Art Rosenbaum. Fans who call the phone number on the Sewing Kits will have the opportunity to enter a raffle to win a collection of comics signed by Invincible creator Robert Kirkman.


From the creator of The Walking Dead, Robert Kirkman, and based on the Skybound comic / Image of the same name by Kirkman, Cory Walker and Ryan Ottley, Invincible is an animated superhero show for adults that revolves around Mark Grayson, ten -seven-year-old (Steven Yeun), who’s like every other guy his age – except his father is the most powerful superhero on the planet, Omni-Man (JK Simmons). But as Mark develops his own powers, he discovers that his father’s legacy may not be as heroic as it seems.

Invincible stars Steven Yeun, JK Simmons, Sandra Oh, Seth Rogen, Gillian Jacobs, Andrew Rannells, Zazie Beetz, Mark Hamill, Walton Goggins, Jason Mantzoukas, Mae Whitman, Chris Diamantopoulos, Melise, Kevin Michael Richardson, Gray Griffin and Max Burkholder. The series is produced by Skybound and produced by Robert Kirkman, Simon Racioppa, David Alpert and Catherine Winder. The series arrives on Amazon Prime Video on Friday, March 26.
