‘D23 Derezzed – A TRON 40th Dance Party’ during Comic-Con

Disney fans may be counting down the days until the D23 Expo convention returns in September, but convention and Disney fans can start celebrating even sooner at San Diego Comic-Con later this month. . D23 members can now purchase tickets for “D23 Derezzed – A TRON 40th Dance Party” taking place during the Comic-Con Big Weekend. This epic dance party will feature DJ sets from Jason Bentley and Qrion.

The party will take place on Friday, July 22 from 7:30-11:00 p.m. with doors opening at 7:00 p.m. at the House of Blues Music Hall in San Diego, CA. Please note that this is a new date and time from those previously announced. Tickets originally issued will be valid for admission to the event.

All guests are encouraged to dress in their TRON-inspired wardrobe. So get your ID discs, light suits and coded circuit sets ready for a night of electronic beats.

DJ Jason Bentley served as musical supervisor for the film and produced soundtracks for “The Matrix”, “Top Gun: Maverick” and “Tron: Legacy” trilogy. He has been a guest DJ at some of the biggest music festivals in the world including Coachella, Electric Daisy Carnival, CRSSD Fest San Diego, HARD Festival, Lightning in a Bottle and many more.

Qrion, the event’s other star DJ, uses the noise of the world around him to create intimate songs anchored by energetic beats and synth textures. She was included in Forbes Japan’s “30 Under 30” list. In 2021, she released her first album “I Hope it Lasts Forever”. She also received the title of Future Star 2021 from DJ Mag and was included in Billboard’s Top 20 Dance Albums of 2021.

Your admission to the event includes a voucher for a beer or wine drink, light snacks and treats for all attendees, a light strip to light up the grill, and a commemorative keepsake when you leave the party.

Tickets are available for purchase for all D23 members, including the free general member tier. The D23 Gold Member ticket price is $45 and the D23 General Member ticket price is $65. Both tiers of tickets will also require a $7 processing fee. Tickets can be purchased on D23.com.
