Felix Lu spoke to ComicsAlliance about the motivation behind the sale: “Given the current political climate, support for the ACLU seems more important than ever. So it’s in response to that. It’s a ridiculous hobby. and dumb work, so it’s good to make every little difference you can in the real world.”

Sale begins today, March 24, 2017, at 12:00 p.m. EST, 9:00 a.m. Pacific. Prices start at $50, but customers are encouraged to pay more if they can. For more information, visit the Felix Comic Art website.

Please note that this article originally stated that the art sale was an auction and that all items were listed at $50. It’s been updated to say it’s a paid sale, not an auction, and prices start at $50.
