Following the success of the Fortnite x Marvel Nexus War: Thor comic book, the upcoming mini-series in collaboration with Fortnite will feature some of Marvel’s greatest heroes, including Spider Man, WolverineIron Man and Shuri.

Veteran Marvel writer Christos Gage (Spider-Geddon & Avengers Academy) teams up with Epic Games creative director Donald Mustard and artist Sergio Davíla (Captain Marvel) to pen a miniseries five-issue comic book with huge implications for both universes! Like always, each first print issue includes a redeemable code to unlock digital cosmetics in Fortnite.

The Story of Fortnite x Marvel: Zero War

The comic’s story follows the inhabitants of the island, who are trapped in a seemingly endless war. Only one thing has the potential to turn the tide of this war, a crystallized fragment of Zero Point. The heroes need this fragment to stabilize the Marvel Universe and end this endless conflict.

Spider-Man and Wolverine team up with Shuri and some Fortnite fan favorites to find that elusive Zero Fragment. Can these allies find him in time and avoid disaster? Can Marvel and Fortnite heroes stop the IO?

Fortnite x Marvel: Zero War release date

All five issues of Fortnite x Marvel: Zero War #1 will be released starting in June, and translated versions will be available worldwide alongside the English version. Here are the release dates for all issues:

Readers who purchase the book issues in-store will receive the Fortnite cosmetic items for free. One week after the release of each book, Cosmetics will be available in The Fortnite Item Shopbut will cost you your V-Bucks.
