Gentle Giant Has New ‘Star Wars’ Collectibles For Free Comic Book Day

To celebrate Free Comic Day 2022, Gentle giant announced two new Star Wars collectibles that will arrive in May. The first is a mini-bust of Moff Gideon from the Mandalorian, performed by Giancarlo Esposito.

The mini bust is 6 “tall and shows Commander Remnant in his Imperial armor wielding the Dark Saber. I’m not overly thrilled with the face carving, to be honest. He looks a bit more like Walt Disney than he does. Mr. Esposito: I actually would love to see him play Walt in a bio pic.

Anyway, Gideon is priced at $ 120 and can be pre ordered now.

Wielding the legendary Dark Saber, this approximately 6 inch 1/6 scale mini bust of Imperial Commander Remnant Moff Gideon features detailed carving and painting applications. Limited to only 3000 pieces.

Then comes the new 3D bust of Boba Fett with the all-black armor of his Nowhere to hide comic. This bust is the same as the previous one announced on the Gentle Giant website but painted in black. It is priced at $ 199.99, but can only be purchased if you are currently a Premier member of the guild.

Just when you thought he couldn’t be cooler, Boba Fett is back in black! For his comic book event, Nowhere to Hide, the Fett dons all-black armor, and the result is possibly the coolest thing we’ve ever seen. Limited to just 1000 pieces.

The next post, a set of mini busts, is not part of Free Comic Book Day but was announced today. Hera and Chopper from Star Wars Rebels join the line of smaller busts. The set is priced at $ 120. They are expected to arrive in May 2022.

Two more of the Ghost crew have arrived, in the form of this brand new two-pack of Mini-Busts! Pilot Hera and the Chopper droid come together in one box. Measuring approximately 6 inches and 4 inches, respectively, Hera and Chopper are sculpted in the lively style and feature detailed carving and painting applications. Limited to only 3000 pieces.
