Marvel Comics has unveiled the variant covers for Local Comic Shop Day in honor of Spider-Man’s 60th anniversary. The eighth consecutive day of the local comic book shop takes place on November 23 and to celebrate, Marvel is offering covers for amazing spider man #13 and Spider Man #2 by Francesco Mobili. Last year, Marvel produced a rad Venom variation of Jonboy Meyers for Local Comic Shop Day.

New York, NY— September 20, 2022 —Local Comic Shop Day returns for its eighth year on November 23! The annual event hosted by ComicsPRO, the trade organization for the comics industry, celebrates the independent spirit of local comic shops and encourages customers to visit their local stores this holiday season! Marvel Comics is proud to participate once again, this time with two LOCAL COMIC SHOP DAY VARIANT COVER! In honor of the 60e anniversary of Spider-Man, they will grace the covers of the November issues of both ongoing Spider-Man series: Zeb Wells and John Romita Jr. amazing spider man and at Dan Slott and Mark Bagley Spider Man. Drawn by acclaimed artist Francesco Mobili, these dramatic pin-ups feature everyone’s favorite webslingers: Peter Parker and Miles Morales!
