On Saturday, April 30, Lost Eden Comics celebrated its grand opening. Beginning in the afternoon, the opening featured food, local art, local vendors, raffles and more.

Noah Lopez, co-owner, says, “I’m having a good time with the community and giving people deals, that’s what it’s all about. While primarily selling comic books and collectibles, Lost Eden also intends to break the mold of a typical comic book store. Their goal is to be a community-driven place for people with a common love of comics, games, and collectibles to hang out and relax. Steven Little, co-owner of Lost Eden, was pleased with the opening and said, “I was super nervous about it, but things seem to be going well. It’s weird because the longer the day lasts, the more it feels like everything just fell into place, everything works wonderfully, it’s a beautiful thing to see.

“The end goal of this is not only to have a place to sell pop culture stuff, but also to make it a haven, a place where people with similar interests can hang out, talk, relax. and spending time with each other, maybe further afield. down the line, we will organize events. Video game tournaments, smash tournaments, whatever we can get our hands on. Said Steven. In addition, there are also plans to host Magic the Gathering and Dungeons & Dragons games at Lost Eden several times a week.

Lost Eden’s address is 552 Main Street Tobyhanna pa 18466. It will be open Thursdays and Fridays from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
